Douglas is a Vice President with The Spaulding Group and Editor of The Journal of Performance Measurement. He has been with the company since 2003. He received his Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts and English from Centenary College in 2003, and is completing his MFA in Creative Writing at Farleigh Dickinson. Along with The Journal, Doug is responsible for the production of The Spaulding Series as well as other publications.
