Announcing our “Keeping Up w/GIPS(r) Webinar”

A lot is happening with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS). So much so, that it might be a tad overwhelming. You might be tempted to just ignore some of it, thinking “does it really matter?”

Well, I can fully understand WHY you might think this, but trust me: it does matter.

We are holding a FREE webinar this coming Monday, September 11, at 11:00 EDT. We’ll cover the following:

  • GIPS 20/20 Consultation Paper: we’ll review some of the comments that were received
  • Proposed Guidance on Risk: we’ll go over the key aspects of what’s being proposed
  • Proposed changes to the Guidance on Verifier Independence: we’ll cover what’s being proposed

Already have more than 150 signed up!

We are expecting quite a crowd for this webinar, as already 150 firms have signed up to participate. But, we have room for you, too!

But why bother with this, especially if you’re planning to attend next week’s annual GIPS conference?

Because, you’ll hear things from me that you may not be hearing from the conference. And so, isn’t it worth a bit of your time to listen in? Well, it’s actually more than listening, since it’s a webinar, but you get my point.

Let’s briefly consider the GS on verifier independence. You might say “I’m not a verifier, what do I care?” Or, perhaps “this won’t affect me, so I don’t really need to be bothered.”

Trust me: the planned changes WILL affect you. And, you’ll want to know WHAT they are, so you can decide if it’s necessary to comment.

To join in, simply go here and register. It’s quite simple.

In addition to learning about the above items, you’ll learn of something REALLY cool we’ll be doing next week at the conference!

And so, please register, before it’s too late!!!
