Patrick is the Execeutive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for The Spaulding Group. Mr. Fowler has been with the company since 1998. He is also the Managing Editor of The Journal of Performance Measurement and the Director of PerformanceJobs.com. Patrick received his Bachelors Degree in Communication from Cook College, Rutgers University in 1998. He also completed the Rutgers mini MBA Program for Business Essentials in 2004. Patrick oversees the firm's research efforts, training programs, conferences, the Performance Measurement Forum, as well as other operational areas.
